UAE E-Invoicing,
Set Up and Handled for You
Mandatory e-invoicing is coming to every UAE business — structured invoices, sent through an Accredited Service Provider, reported to the FTA. We handle the whole switch for small businesses: systems, data, provider connection, testing and ongoing compliance. You keep invoicing; we make it compliant.
Who we help
The deadline that actually matters
The UAE's e-invoicing rollout is phased: large businesses (AED 50 million+ revenue) must appoint an Accredited Service Provider by 30 October 2026 and go live on 1 January 2027. Everyone else has until 31 March 2027 to appoint a provider, with e-invoicing live from 1 July 2027. Missing the provider deadline is reported to carry a penalty of AED 5,000 per month — a recurring cost for something entirely avoidable.
Why small businesses are getting left behind
Much of the e-invoicing market is built around large enterprises — big providers, big integrations, big budgets. A small business that just needs its invoicing made compliant can struggle to get attention, straight answers, or a right-sized setup. That's the gap we fill: e-invoicing compliance done properly for small businesses, at small-business scale, by an accounting firm that already speaks fluent cloud software.
You never have to deal with the ASP yourself
The law requires your invoices to flow through an Accredited Service Provider — but it doesn't require you to become an expert in choosing, contracting and configuring one. With your authorisation, we liaise with the provider on your behalf: we set up the connection, configure your accounting software to issue compliant e-invoices, and run test transmissions until everything flows. The ASP subscription stays in your own name, and we tell you exactly what the provider will charge before you commit. This isn't theory — it's an engagement we're delivering for a client right now.
One fixed fee, quoted before we start
E-invoicing setup is a defined job, so we price it as one: a single fixed fee, quoted upfront, covering your software setup, data migration and clean-up, the ASP connection, and compliance testing. No hourly meters. If you want ongoing bookkeeping or compliance support afterwards, that's a separate conversation — never a surprise on the invoice.
What the service covers
E-invoicing FAQs
Do I really need an Accredited Service Provider (ASP)?
Yes — under the UAE's e-invoicing system, in-scope invoices must flow through an FTA-accredited service provider. There's no route around that. What you don't have to do is deal with the ASP yourself: with your authorisation, we liaise with the provider, set up the connection, and test it — while the subscription stays in your own name.
Is Khizr UAE an ASP?
No — and that's deliberate. We're independent accountants, not a software vendor, so our only interest is what works best for your business. We prepare your systems and records, connect you to an accredited provider, configure your invoicing, and test the transmissions until you're compliant.
What accounting software do you work with?
Zoho Books and Xero are our core platforms — if you're already on one of them, we configure what you have. If you're still invoicing from spreadsheets or a basic tool, we set up proper cloud accounting first and migrate your data as part of the same engagement.
What does it cost?
A one-time fixed fee for the setup, quoted upfront before we start — no hourly surprises. The ASP's own charges for invoice transmission are separate and billed to you directly by the provider; we'll tell you exactly what to expect before you commit to one.
When do I need to act?
For most small businesses (under AED 50 million revenue), the deadline to have an ASP appointed is 31 March 2027, with e-invoicing live from 1 July 2027. Larger businesses move earlier. These dates have already been revised once, so verify the current position with the Ministry of Finance and FTA — and plan to be ready before the deadline, not on it.
