UAE Compliance Calendar
for Tech Companies

Five questions about your company. Every Corporate Tax, VAT, e-invoicing, licence and visa deadline for the next eighteen months, each with the reason it applies to you, and a calendar file you can keep. It covers the obligations most tech companies share, not every rule that could apply to yours. Nothing you enter is stored.

About this calendar

Where do these dates come from?

Every date is worked out from a rule in UAE law: the Corporate Tax Decree-Law and its decisions, the VAT Decree-Law and Executive Regulation, and the e-invoicing Ministerial Decisions. The source is shown on every line. The rules were last reviewed on the date at the top of the results.

Does this cover everything my company has to do?

No. It covers the obligations most software and IT companies in the UAE share: Corporate Tax, VAT, e-invoicing, licence renewal and visas. It does not cover rules that depend on your specific situation, such as transfer pricing, Ultimate Beneficial Owner filings, free zone audit or reporting requirements, payroll and WPS, customs, or anything in your contracts. Those vary case by case. If you are not sure what else applies to you, that is a conversation worth having.

Is this tax advice?

No. It is a calendar built from public rules. It does not know your contracts, your group structure or anything the rules depend on beyond what you typed in. If a date here disagrees with the FTA or your licensing authority, they are right and we would like to know.

Why does it not show deadlines I have already missed?

The calendar looks forward. Two exceptions are flagged if they have passed, Corporate Tax registration and the e-invoicing provider appointment, because missing those is expensive and often goes unnoticed. If you think you have missed anything else, the fastest fix is to deal with it now.

My VAT quarters are different from the options.

The FTA assigns tax periods at registration and most fall into one of the three quarterly patterns or monthly. If yours does not, pick the closest and check the dates against your EmaraTax account, or ask us.

Do you store what I enter?

No. Everything is calculated in your browser. Nothing is sent to us or anyone else, and nothing is saved when you leave.

What is in the calendar file?

Every date on this page as a calendar event, with a reminder 30 days before and another 7 days before. Like the page, it covers the next 18 months only, so nothing after that is in it. It opens in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook.
