Sadik Panjwani, ACA

Sadik is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant (ACA), qualified in January 2024, with his professional training completed through DSR Professional Training (JLT, Dubai) and his practical experience earned at KPMG Lower Gulf.
He spent six years at KPMG's Dubai office (2019–2025), progressing from intern to Audit Supervisor — auditing companies across the region and working extensively on IFRS 15 revenue recognition: the exact accounting standard that governs how subscription, licence and long-term contract revenue must be treated. It's the single most common accounting problem software businesses face, and it was his day job for years.
Born and raised in the UAE, Sadik combines Big Four audit discipline with a lifetime's understanding of how business actually works here. The tech niche wasn't a marketing decision — he's a genuine technology enthusiast who found that the founders he most enjoyed working with were the ones building software. Khizr UAE exists so those founders get an accountant who understands both their numbers and their world.
He holds a degree from Lincoln University College, Malaysia, and is Xero Certified (Certified Professional, L2).
In August 2026, the firm was registered as a Tax Agency with the Federal Tax Authority (Tax Agency Registration No. 30022362), with Sadik as its registered tax agent.
